A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or is on route to our outlet. Pre-ordering allows you to lay claim to our first delivery of the item before its release/delivery, it also provides us with a guide as to how popular/successful the product will be. This guide is used to increase our level of bulk buying from the manufacturer which often increase our chances of being one of the first to receive the new product in the Uk ,on occasions some colours/variants are released before other, should this happen the we will contact you to inform you of the manufacturers decision.

In acknowledgement of you support, commitment and trust to our company we often offer Pre-Order prices, this price is the cost of the item to you if you were to purchase it before its ETA (estimated delivery time). After eta the price of the item may increase, But! only for customers wishing to purchase the product after the deadline. Your Pre-order purchase price guarantees you shipment once we receive the item for the amount you paid. Customers often opt for a different delivery service than the flat rate or free option when spending over £50 which is offered at check out, if you have that's great because you will receive your item even faster than those that didn't.
